Survey for a study on homeschooling in Canada
I’m Julia Moniz-Lecce, an undergraduate Honours student in the Department of Sociology at the University of British Columbia. As part of my Honours research, I’m investigating how race and ethnicity influence the experiences and motivations of homeschooling families. As a former homeschooler myself, this topic is especially meaningful to me, and I’m excited to deepen our understanding of this community through my research.
If you’re part of the homeschooling community, I would be immensely grateful for your participation. This survey is anonymous and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. By completing this survey, you’ll provide valuable insights that could help identify and address inequities within the homeschooling system. Your responses will play a crucial role in advocating for greater homeschooling access for all families.
Please feel free to share this post or the survey link with anyone who may be interested—every response is important!
