Update on the Injunction Request

The injunction motion should be filed next week. Indeed, new elements have been added, and it is essential to include them to maximize the impact of our proceedings.

This situation on the whole is causing us – just like you we are sure – impatience and irritation, but we wanted to inform you of the reason for these delays. The lawyers are very involved and sensitive to our reality. We will, of course, keep you informed as soon as new information is added. 

If you find yourself in a situation where the DEM has closed your children’s file, especially because they did not show up for the ministerial examination, we invite you to contact the support team as soon as possible. Based on the advice given by our lawyer, our volunteers will be able to help you with the rest of the process.

Finally, and we can’t stress this enough, when you are experiencing issues with your DEM agent or any other challenge related to DEM monitoring, it is important to contact a support volunteer as soon as possible. It is very difficult for us to help you when the situation is too far advanced.
