AGM Summary & Annual Report

The 2022 Annual General Meeting of AQED members was held on June 27th. We invite you to review the annual report to learn more about our activities over the past fiscal year. We would like to thank all the members who attended, asked questions and provided feedback.

Here is a brief summary of the highlights:

• The Steve Boissonneault award was presented to Noémi Berlus for her generous involvement with AQED;
• Marine Dumond-Després, Sophie Provost, Émilie Salesse-Gauthier and Eva Chandler were re-elected to the Board of Directors. Erica Gipson was welcomed as an observer.
• Major projects are planned for the 2022-2023 fiscal year, as well as significant expenditures for advocacy;
• A motion to commend the extraordinary work of the support team was made and unanimously seconded; 
• 12 of the 16 administrative regions in Quebec have an AQED representative. We hope that local activities will be back on track for the 2022-2023 school year. We hope to have at least one representative in each region;
• A motion to congratulate the entire AQED team was proposed and unanimously supported;
