A word from the support team
In January, AQED volunteers responded to 48 calls and 171 emails.
The volunteers would like to remind you of the importance of being reachable by the DEM (either by email, or by answering calls from confidential numbers). When the parent is unreachable, this can be interpreted as non-collaboration, making the relationship with the DEM more difficult and leading to the closure of the child’s file. Several families have recently contacted us for this reason. Naturally, the same applies if you have to deal with the DYP. Do not hesitate to write or call us if you need support.
The team now has 10 volunteers available to support you.
